Keystone Desk ("we", "us") helps property agencies answer enquiries on WhatsApp. This page explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices you have. We are based in Bengaluru, India.
What we collect
- Your WhatsApp phone number and the name on your WhatsApp profile.
- The messages you send, and the replies you receive.
- Details you share about what you are looking for, such as the type of property, area, budget, timeline and preferred visit time.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and answer your questions.
- To pass your enquiry to the property agency you contacted, so that someone can call you or arrange a visit.
- To send one polite follow-up if the conversation goes quiet, within the time WhatsApp allows.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Who handles it
To provide the service, your messages are processed by providers acting on our behalf: Meta (the WhatsApp Business Platform), an AI service that reads a message and extracts the details listed above, and Google (the spreadsheet where the agency keeps its lead list). Each provider has its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as the agency needs them to follow up. We delete or anonymise them on request, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
- Reply STOP at any time and you will not be messaged again.
- Ask us to show, correct or delete the information held about you.
- Withdraw your consent whenever you wish.
Security
We limit who can see lead information, protect our systems with access controls, and use encrypted connections to the services listed above. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
Children
Our service is meant for adults making property enquiries, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
